A well-known house with a courtyard in a form of a well. The area is very small, the outbuildings of the house face both facades on Kaczynski Street and Devolanivsky Descent, and the outbuilding on Devolanivsky Descent has more floors. Facades are not plastered, decorative elements are carved from stone. A curb was used as a cornice between the floors. There is a metal staircase with railings in the form of rods. In general, the house can be defined as not very expensive and it was probably not intended for the wealthiest.
Style: historicism (Romanesque style and English Gothic).
