Educational Conference Limmud in Odessa 19-22 Oktober

From 19 October till 22 October 2017  the eleventh Limmud Odessa 2017 conference will take place in Odessa.

Limmud is a world-famous Jewish educational and cultural project, which has been held in Ukraine since 2008. "Limud" means teaching. In total, the program will include about 180 sessions. More than 950 representatives from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Israel, Canada, USA, European countries will take part in the conference.

Among the presenters of Limmud in Odessa: Eliav Belotserkovsky - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel in Ukraine; Dorit Golender (Israel) - Vice-President for External Relations of the Genesis Charitable Foundation, Ambassador of Israel to Russia in 2010-2015; Chaim Chesler (Israel) - founder of the project "Limmud FSU"; Abraham Duvdevani (Israel) - Chairman of the Board of the World Zionist Organization and Vice-President of the Climes Conference; Chaim Ben Yakov (Israel) - Director General of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress-Israel; Roman Bronfman (Israel) is a businessman, public figure; Igor Shchupak (Dnipro) - Candidate of Historical Sciences, Director of the Ukrainian Institute for the Study of the Holocaust "Tkuma" and the Museum "The Memory of the Jewish People and the Holocaust in Ukraine"; Igor Geller (Odessa) - candidate of psychological sciences, teacher; Marianna Goncharova (Chernivtsi) is a writer, journalist; Valery Hayit (Odessa) - writer, vice-president of the World Club of Odessites and many others.

Limmud prepared a diverse cultural and entertainment program for participants, which will allow to get acquainted with various musical, literary, theatrical and artistic directions. This year, Limmud's program invited famous writers, musicians, directors, humorists and TV presenters.
